Ok, so someone had their camera set to the wrong format of time, but that was 2.46am! My make up must have been caked on with a trowel because I had it done nearly 12 hours earlier! I'll definitely be using that salon again! :)
Saturday night was my work night out, in the banqueting hall of a local 5 star Castle, and it was magical. I had a fabulous night, although I am still quite delicate. I think that going out on the Friday night as well was a big mistake... and the tequila shots were just plain stupid... but I survived! Yay me! :)
Strangely enough, I didn't actually drink that much, and even stranger still, I didn't binge on junk food! I woke up today feeling slimmer and lighter than I had before the weekend, which was when I realised that I hadn't actually eaten to excess, so even though I'd been prepared to deal with all the guilt this morning, I didn't have any! Nice start to the week.
Now if I could only find some paracetamol... :)

TA, I'm not sure either! :) The night just flew! I couldn't believe it when I looked around for one of my friends and realised it was after 4am! I think it was the vodka & 7up that did it - I'm not used to all that sugar! :)
Congrats on the successful weekend! You look radiant and gorgeous! And your dress looks fab too (from what I can see of it). You young'uns - I can't stay up like that anymore;)
Charlotte, thank you so much! I had a fabulous night. I didn't actually get home until 5.30am! I even ended up watching the boxing match before finally getting into bed, and no one was more surprised than I! Normally I'm wilting after midnight, but the combination of alcohol, sugar, good music & good company did the trick! :)

Sagan - aw shucks, thanks sweetie!! :) I really did have a great time. They'd done a beautiful job of decorating the place, all black & white, and everyone was in formal attire. A magical evening altogether! :)
Missicat - I wish I could figure out how I did that! :) In hindsight I think that going out on the Friday night may have been a good idea, as it wasn't such a shock to my system then on the Saturday night! Not something I'd be doing regularly though!

It was one of those nights where nothing spectacular happened, but you come away with a warm glow from all the lovely little experiences. (Hence the glowing I suppose!) I think that with all the recent doom and gloom my colleagues and I really appreciated the night off. Everyone was so full of love, I mean, how often do you get a hug from your boss? :)
